What is the Difference Between Hemp Seed Oil, Hemp Oil, and CBD Oil?
There is a great deal of confusion about the differences among these types of oils, and some information is deliberately spread by marketers of CBD. We want to help clarify this for consumers:
Hemp Seed Oil is derived only from the seeds of the hemp plant, and does not contain relevant amounts of cannabinoids.
Hemp Oil is used in online marketplaces where the term “CBD” is not permitted. These products may contain CBD, but often do not disclose the type and amount.
CBD Oil typically includes reliable indicators of a whole-plant CBD extract, and will specify the concentration of CBD in the final product.
